Oldest Romanesque Church in the Western World

I lived in Toulouse for five months, during which time this was my local parish church (I lived in the diverse and vibrant Quartier Arnaud Bernard just north). St-Sernin is the oldest Romanesque church in the Western World, and is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The story of Saint Saturnin is also fascinating, explaining the adjoining Rue du Taur and the location.
When Saturnin was the Roman bishop, pagans tied him to a bull they were sacrificing, and sent it running north. The bull followed the path of Rue du Taur (road of the bull), and stopped on the location of the present day church. One of the most beautiful sights in Toulouse.
