An 18th-century residence open to visitors as a museum, the Musee Nissim de Camondo has some interesting period furniture and fine art. Visitors will find enchanting collections of paintings, sculpture, silverware, china ware and carpets. It belonged to the Comte Moïse de Camondo who bequeathed the house to Les Arts Decoratifs (then known only as Arts Decoratifs), a private organization that promotes art and culture.
