This fabulous 1890s mansion situated opposite the Musee d'Art Moderne , which opened to the public in 1977, brings fashion and costume history to life! Although the museum's permanent collection contains items of mainly 19th-century dress, wonderful temporary exhibitions allow the public to enjoy thousands of fabulous items from three whole centuries of fashion history (18th Century to the present day). A feast of fashion awaits lavish costumes from days gone by, as well as accessories, including jewelry, walking sticks, hats, fans, gloves, umbrellas. Ticket prices vary depending on the exhibition.
