Louis Vuitton, Paris

I WENT IN TO THE STORE AND WAITED AT LEAST 40 MINS TO GET A SALES PERSON.

It's a huge beautiful flagship store. The line outside goes by very quickly, less than 5 minutes. However when I was there it was a madhouse. They had display bags everywhere to help offset the number of associates vs patrons. You would literally have to pick up a bag and say "Excuse me! Can I buy this please?" otherwise they were too busy to help each person find their perfect bag. I can't blame them, the store is busy. But I much preferred the service at the Louis Vuitton in St.Germain. Smaller, much more personal and friendly. Not to mention the Champs-Ellyses is a massive tourist street with LV being the only decent store.

In my most recent trip to Europe, I had made plans ahead of time to go shopping in Paris. Louis Vuitton was one of my first stops. I was a little set back by having to wait in a line to enter the store. I guess they do this to ensure that their sales associates are not swamped with customers. I did not have to wait long to enter the store, which was very stylish and the bag were displayed well. I had no problem finding a sales associate to help me. She was very pleasant and helpful, not at all rude. For each bag I tried on, she gave me the information on it (year line was first introduced, size, features). I found the perfect souvenir - a beautiful new LV bag! I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience.

I was in Paris LV store two weeks ago. Loved the place and service that was given to me. The sales person was so patient . The store let me call from their phone to my credit card company back in the USA for verification. I would go back and there again.....

I was in Paris at the LV store in August and the service was amazing, the salesperson was patient and treated me like I was the only one in the store. Because of this kind of service I am going to LV the next time I go to Paris.

Louis Vuitton it makes you feel like your living the high live and it does believe me . A sales person once said to me if you have to the price of Louis Vuitton then you cant afford it which is so true. Huge flagship store champs elysees didnt have to wait in line just walk in greet by staff very well manner good service. There isnt anything bad really to say about Lous Vuitton cant wait to go again

The store, just like any LV store all over the world, always well presented and designed to make any potential buyer spending thousands is well worth it. The salespeople, still need a lot of brushing up with their personality. I have encountered snotty ones from Singapore, Philippines, Standford Mall in Palo ALto, California and Honolulu, Hawaii. But my goodness, the honor of all snottiness goes to the French salespeople. Is it because they are french? Do they get paid by commission? Maybe not? I had one saleslady screaming that she can not help me when all she needed was to turn 45 degrees and get a handbag behind her. According to her, I need to get the person with a sash to assign a saleslady to me. I went to Cartier and received great service so it was a pleasure to spend. LV at champs Elysee..unfortunately I had no choice but to buy it from that store but boy... 6 handbags at over 1000 euros each...saleslady was "happy" to deliver it at our hotel. Next time, I prefer to go to OTHER smaller LV stores....better service according to our hotel concierge....

i just wished the staff would lose their french accent when talking to me...i can't understand their engrish! however, i keep coming back to this store year after year because the bags are truly remarkable and extremely affordable......just rich and spoiled rotten...!

I BOUGHT A BAG AND IT BROKED :((I'M SO SAD SAD SAD BECAUSE THAT BAG COSTED ME 1000 EURO.............SO DON' T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE LIKE ME

This was the best store ever! It had tons of selections of different colored bags that were awesome! I can't wait to go back! I went there in May and they had just gotten in the newest handbags.
