Chaise au plafond (la)
This classy cafe, with a pleasant atmosphere, is situated in an attractive, quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the Marais, currently the most chic area of Paris. The little heated terrace is always full, in summer and winter. It's a great place to sip an early-evening kir or martini, or a delicious house coffee. The cuisine is simple bistro fare: goat's cheese salad, bread and cheese, dish of the day, etc. Look out for the originally decorated toilets - the little holes in the walls reveal some amazing sights.

The crowd there is very young and BCBG which adds to the ambiance of the resturaunt. And don't forget to check out the bathrooms, they are very interesting to say the least.
