Barrio Latino, Paris

The atmosphere is great, the DJ knows what he's doing: "building" the evenening. The interior is very nice. The prices are reasonably.. We were with a group of 9, and we don't had any troubles to get in.. We had a great time!

I love the place but not the people working there. They tried to avoid big groups, which I think only in France they don't like. The first time we got turned down because we had too many people, but I went again with only another friend of mine and it was a very nice night. The atmosphere is very nice, and it's big. However, they don't give a good dance floor and after 1am the dance floor is packed with people, so basically you can't go anywhere except the place you are. I think the drinks are resonable since everywhere in Paris the drinks are around those prices. They don't give a lot of selections though, but I think it was worth the time and money. It is definitely a place you have to be in once.

Went with my wife to Barrio Latino on out first trip to Paris last year; the experience was good, except that the bouncer at the door did not like the fact that i addressed him in English and told me, flat out, "to learn some French". I could not believe him! The music was exellent and the people warm and genearly hip and trendy. The food was not even average though, and the drinks were too expensive. Overall, from 1 to 5, I give it a 3.

I'm 17 and my aunt decided to take me to my first nightclub while on summer vacation in Paris. We had no trouble getting in, no checking of IDs...it was about 10 PM when we arrived and there was only 1 or 2 couples dancing on the dance floor...withing 30 min everyone was on the dance floor having a great time..the music is great.mostly spanish..though it would be nice if there was more variety..I had a sprite for 6 euros. to get in was only 8 euros.however to sit on the nice plump chairs and couches you must buy alcohol from an expensive menue so we sat at the bar which was fine.we left by 12:30...the dance floor was so crowded that there were ppl dancing on the stairs...overall, a great place if you get there b4 midnight...i would recommend this to everyone- all ages..there were girls my age all the way till ppl my grandmothers age...

We had a great Saturday night -15 Girls on a Hen Party. Atmosphere was brilliant, Restaurant staff were lovely and the food was fine. Drinks were a little expensive but no more than you would expect to pay in such a wonderful setting. Certainly made our Hen Weekend Memorable. Music and Dancing fantastic, although the dance floor did get very packed from 1.30 am onwards. Thank you Barrio Latino.

Barrio Latino is a wonderful place to go and eat first- after, forget it- get ready to party with DJ CARLOS CAMPOS- one of the greatest DJ i ever met. I couldnt stop dancing with his spinning. he is great and cute- :) Dont miss BARRIO LATINO

Barrio Latino was recommended by an English friend of mine who said it was absolutely THE place to go if you are in Paris. I am so so happy I got her review. I would have never known about this place and would have missed out on the most amazing night. The bar itself it a piece of artwork- music draws you to the dance floor- the drinks and food aren't even important when you are here. Dance the night away or just perch and watch the incredible salsa dancers spin in circles below you.

I heard that Barrio Latino was one of the coolest clubs so myself and six others decided to go there for our first night in Paris. The admission price was normal but drinks were pretty expensive and seating arrangements were so awkward. We could not sit downstairs unless we spent 140 euro on champagne or vodka for the table.So we bought our drinks(beer,wine, bacardi) at the bar and went upstairs and sat down. But of course we could not sit down unless we finished our drinks and bought new drinks at the bar on that floor.The staff were unfriendly and the atmosphere was cold! No Latino spirit here. We left after 45 minutes

Barrio Latino is indeed the HOT SPOT of Paris, especially for 1st time visitors! My guy and I went and had a blast. The DJ plays a variety of music that keeps you on your feet. The crowd and atomosphere was awesome. If I ever get a chance to go back to Paris I definetly plan on partying at Barrio!

Even if the atmosphere is very pleasant, reception of the restaurant staff was very impolite, disrespectful, very cold, impertinent, rude and non cooperative. When we complaint in Swiss French to the Manager, his answer was: �there are too many people down there, what do you want, we are busy� ! (??? !!! ) I asked then: �why 4 bars are closed while plenty of rooms are empty, no sitting places, 12 persons staff was doing nothing, but drinking and looking ?�. �This is not your business� was the reply of the Manager. As for drinks, we even did not have the occasion to taste it even if we wish to pay for it! The ticket offered to the entrance for an alcohol drink was impossible to use even after 3 hours of stay and begging, due to the lack of staff who could serve (staff most of time absent from the single opened bar). It is a pity for a such wonderful place with a tremendous potential. I definitely not recommend this place.
