Description
A relatively recent addition to the city of Paris, the Opera Bastille is a round building, located right at the Place de la Bastille. It is one of the most modern buildings in Europe. Originally created to make opera more accessible to the masses, the Opera Bastille holds both ballet and opera performances. Operas are in French as well as in other languages. The building also has a bar and a restaurant.
