At first I was a little daunted about the resturant a bit above me, but you have to get into it to experience it. Like all of Paris you have to live it not be a tourist expecting everything to happen for you.
I think that you have to try to speak the language not expect them to change. The food was good , the staff attentive what ever level, when a bithday cake was produced for a customer the lights were dimmed and the staff sang happy birthday. You can go in wearing a suit or jeans it is you that is served not what you look like, Take it all in your stride like the rest of Paris
