Hard Rock Cafe, Paris

Who in their right mind would go to Paris for an American hamburger---My 12 Year Old Dauhter. We ended up spending more than $100. additional in their gift shop. I will say the staff of both the gift shop and restaurant were very friendly (I might even say fun), and I am forced to admit--it was a good hamburger.

great place great atmosphere good food with good and friendly service but best was the live music french group Satisfaction ( rolling stones tribute band) were excellant good group who clearly enjoyed themselves and really tight sound, made the night truly memorable

I took my three children here while touring Paris for the weekend and loved everything about it! I have one picky eater, and there was several items on the menu to choose from. We have been to several all over the world, and this one was up to our expectations!! Excellent service, food, clean, and they even told us where we could find Ben & Jerry's Ice cream!!

After 10 days in Europe with 4 children, we decided to take them to the HRC for their last evening in Paris. We have been to several HRC's all over the world, and this cafe was a disgrace to the chain. The restaurant was 3/4 empty and we were told there would be a 20 minute wait. So we went to the bar for drinks. It took 2 bartenders 15 minutes to serve 3 people. The service was rude and slow. After 30 minutes we were shown to a table next to the bar that had been empty since we had first checked in. Our waiter had a total of 4 tables. He forgot to put in my husbands order - we asked him about it and he never returned to the floor for 20 minutes - and he never brought the food! When we requested the check he again never returned with it. I walked up to the floor manager with my concerns and she offered an apology only. DO NOT waste your time on this pathetic place!
