In the past, this bar was a real institution in Saint-Germain - a touch of the exotic in this chic and intellectual district. The tropical islands have receded with the arrival of a less sophisticated clientele. The decor has become colonial kitsch and lost some of its charm. However, the cocktails are still the highlights; do try the famous Coco-Punch. This place is often packed and in the summer, the terrace is literally "taken by storm".
