Pizza Pino

Description

Whether you've been out clubbing or sightseeing, this huge pizzeria situated on the world's most beautiful avenue - the Champs Elysees - is well worth a visit. Enjoy the kitschy decor and high quality Italian cuisine (at reasonable prices for the district) served right through the day until the early hours of the morning. Available to take away or eat in, dishes cater for all tastes: pasta carbonara, four-cheese pizza or the extra-large Pino special (around EUR14).

avoid at all costs
By ,
Admittedly, we did this to ourselves by choosing to dine at a random pizza place on the Champs D'Elysses, but no human beings deserved our culinary fate. We expected to pay a little too much for our meals, but for just under 50 Euro all we got were 2 6 Euro cokes and two plates of pasta that tasted like they had just been popped out of their microwave-safe boxes. Some warning bells went off when the food arrived within about 30 seconds of our placing the order. We left a short time later, feeling like we had been financially sodomized. Steer clear. (Note: ratings are all ones because negative numbers are not available)

Bravo Pizza Pino!
By ,
After trying different restaurants on our first visit to Paris, we actually settled on eating 3 of our last 4 dinners at Pizza Pino. The prices were more affordable than some of the other restaurants in the area and were actually superior in food, service and ambiance. We ate in the upstairs dining room which was somewhat more comfortable than the street level and less chaotic. We were served by 3 different waiters on 3 different evenings and I can't say enough about our dining experience. It was a wonderful place to make eating memorable while on the Champs-Elysees. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I recommend for family use.

Used Republique branch with my family. Waiters were very friendly. Food quality was good enough and quantity was too much for kids. Wine selection is not so bad. They only have good cost performance wine.

It is a terrrible place to eat. They act as if they are paying for your meal. You cannot get any service and they throw the food in your table. Just aweful!!!

Stay away
By ,
Was meeting a friend there, got a table for 3 so they sat my wife an I at a table for 4. My friend was late and we wanted a snack. They refused to serve us without going to a smaller table. I'm sure it's not a thing that normally happens to other people but seriously. So didn't get to try the food so we left and went to another place. One note on the menu, they only have mains and salads. I'd avoid this chain like the plague, there a many nice smaller places that are not chains to have pizza at in the city.

Give it a try

The one in Neuilly Sur Seine was the best (now gone) but the others are good also. You can save money by going to locations off the Champs Elyssee.

No oeuf!!!!
By ,
what can you say about a slice of pizza on the most amazing street in the world? Sit upstairs at a window table on the Champs Elysees. Make sure to ask for no ouef.....the French like a sunny side up egg in the middle of their pizza....great wine, great champagne, mostly great food....but eggs are not their forte!!! Just say no oeuf and the waiter will understand. The service is amazing and the waiters were pleasant. The food was great and at night....what can one say????? Paris at night, life does not get much better!!!!

Awful
By ,
Visited on 14/12/2007 Just plain awful. Service is disgraceful. Waiter didn't even allow us to finish our starters before main course. I order a vege pizza. What was given to me was the worst excuse of a pizza I have ever seen in my life. Girlfriend had pasta - barely touched it. We spent 50 euros and didn't have hardly any of it. Wine was shocking too. We went elsewhere for dessert. Dreadful.
