Quebec (Le), Nice

This restaurant in one of the city's busiest shopping districts is the where you're guaranteed great pizza—no matter what time of day. Service is non-stop and there are dining areas both inside and outside on the huge terrace. However if you are looking for somewhere intimate, forget it! Dining here may be a bit of a squeeze, but it hasn't stopped the likes of actor Johnny Depp and opera singer Ruggero Raimondi from dropping in. As well as pizzas, regional and Italian dishes (not quite what you would expect, given the Canadian name), including ravioli, fresh pasta carbonara and fried squid feature on the menu.
