This restaurant overlooking the sea and Nice's lighthouse has been in business since 1936. The speciality here is, unsurprisingly, fish - most of which will have been caught that very morning. Large bay windows make the interior wonderfully airy and bright and the traditional local recipes on offer are sublime. The wine list contains a range of good Provençal wines.
