On the 2nd of February, after attending a mass celebrated by the Archbishop at the Abbaye Saint-Victor (Abbey of Saint Victor), visitors go to the nearby bakery, established since the 18th Century, to buy some navettes or crepes. These locally-made biscuits in the shape of shuttle boats, flavored with orangeflower receive a blessing on this special day.
