Not worth it!
I went to Fon Fon because of his reputation of making the "best bouillabaisse" in Marseille and I have to admit that, regretfully, I was quite disappointed.
I have an extensive knowledge of International Culinary art and I belong to "Slow Food".
The bouillabaisse was served with a suppose-to-be deboned fish but at the first bite I found so many bones that I had to sent it back.
I was also expecting a large variety of fish, but instead the choice was quite poor.
The broth was tasty, but very salty. The rouille was made qith mayonaise and egg which it does not compare with the tastier (and lighter) version made with bread marrow, olive oil, saffron, cayenne, garlic.
No lobster meat; no prawns...
The price is too high for such a mediocre plate.
I would not recommend it!
