Morrison's Irish Pub, Cannes

We walked in the door and actually went to the bar and ordered a beer. Really it wasn't anymore complicated than that. Two Irish guys behind the bar both called Ian (go figure) great fun but don't get on their bad side. One guy came in and started on a couple of girls on their own but they weren't long shifting him. We found the place on a Tuesday and ended up there for three nights with some great live music. Don't be shocked if on the Tuesday the music isn't all fantastic it was an open stage thing but great fun. All in all I couldn't say enough about the place and as far as the price goes it was cheaper than most in Cannes.

the price of a pint is a disgrace and when we ordered a lemonade they poured it out of a plastic litre bottle from the local supermarket where it costs 50 cents a litre and then they charged us 4 euro 50 cents when we queried this they told us we can always leave,which we did.Irish people should not go here especially when you know you are going to be robbed

One of the only places in cannes where you can find a diversity of ages,social middles,cultures...beers! The team is nice(if you are nice with the team,but its a minimum!),regular music bands... I miss only one thing there,comparing to my dear brittany(armoric coast) : a good invasion of celtic musicians!! So everybody in france,ireland,canada,scotland,astury and galicy,if u reed that :COME WITH THE HEAVY CAVALRY! And at the same occasion,contact me if u can ;-) :-) ;-)

I visited this pub each night of my stay in Cannes.The happy hour was really buzzing and the prices were very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful.I am looking forward to my next visit to Cannes and will definetly be calling to Morrisons. I have told all my friends about it and expect there should be a few callers from C ork there over the next few months. Cheers!

What a piece of luck, we fell over this place on Sunday and found the Hurling match on the big screen. A Dub behind the bar but you can't have it all. Great find and a decent pint of stout.

LOVED SUNDAY NIGHT LADIES NIGHT! ALL YOU CAN DRINK BEER......OR WINE FOR SOMETHING LIKE 5 EUROS! EVERYONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND THE LIVE BANDS ARE AMAZING--THEY COVER COLDPLAY, U2, OASIS, EVERYTHING...GREAT PLACE!

Unfortunatly we had to leave before the Film festival began but the atmosphere in Morrisons was great and it made our trip worthwhile.The mix of nationalities was pleasant and the mix of languages was a weird experience.Live music was exceptional!Make a point of stopping by.

After paying through the nose in Cannes for not much it was a relief to come across this Pub with their Happy Hour which unlike other Bars in the area actually offer a reduction on everything.Unfortunatly we ended up staying the whole night on our first night and also the subsequent 3 nights after that.Great Staff and great mix of customers with some great stories

We came for the prices and stayed for the atmosphere.Sunday Night in Cannes was hopless untill we found this place.Will now have to make this a regular stop for our Summer Season onthe MED

My favorite place in Cannes. Friendly staff, great live music (ring to find out when the local Celtic band "Mike" are playing), BIG screen sport and plenty of relaxed and interesting people to share a guiness with. International mix, always lively.
