Named after the famous Italian volcano, this restaurant is located between two prestigious hotels: the Carlton and the Martinez. Its cuisine is bursting with Italian flavours. Start with Antipasti (similar to French hors d'oeuvres), consisting of cold meats, peppers in olive oil, and other bite-sized delicacies. Pasta and pizza also feature on the menu, along with a wide variety of meat and seafood dishes. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is very professional. Expect to pay EUR23-35 for a meal from the à la carte menu.
