Description
This restaurant, which specializes in superbly created Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine, is unique in Bordeaux: the dishes served here are original, straight from chef's imagination. The menu varies with his mood and the seasons. Try the herb-steamed sea bream or the crispy chicken with peppery spices and lemon. The decor is simple, in contrast with the kitchen, which seems to burst with often bizarre and unusual flavours. The service is efficient, friendly and quick, even when the restaurant is full.
