Vespa, Helsinki

This Italian-style restaurant is in the middle of the Helsinki city centre. This place is really easy to find and pop into whilst walking around the city. Vespa has three floors: a restaurant, a bar and a club. During the weekends there is a DJ in the club, sometimes even live music. Vespa's restaurant has an à la carte menu, made to adjust to Finnish tastes. During the week you can also have lunch (from 11am to 2pm), which includes salad, bread, soup, a main dish and a cup of coffee. You certainly do not have to leave this place hungry. Whilst eating you can admire a view either over the Esplanadi park or over the chefs at work: if you dine on the first floor you can see the kitchen.
