Anglo-Indian is a small restaurant behind the amusement park at Linnanmäki, with quite an extraordinary selection of flavours on the menu. About a 30-minute walk from the centre of town, this restaurant is not listed almost anywhere due to its clearly low budget. Despite this, the chef makes delicious dishes like fish curry or mixed vegetables. A fairly successful attempt has been made to combine up to an extent the European and Asian kitchens in making the menu. The restaurant seems to be empty most of the time, due to its location and minimal advertising, but it is recommended by many locals as an inexpensive place to eat something different. It is best reached on tram no. 3.
