In 1994, the MIRO Gallery, a commercial modern art museum, relocated from Berlin to its current home in Prague on the grounds of Strahov Monastery. The monastery and grounds themselves are worth the visit: a tall, slender combination of Renaissance, Baroque and Gothic styles. Inside the gallery, regular sales exhibitions feature accessible modern art of the corporate boardroom variety, contemporary Czech artists and masters such as Dali, Braque, Magritte and Warhol.
