Propaganda is the latest entry into what is rapidly becoming Prague's hippest new area. It's located directly behind the venerable National Theater and is a small two-room cafe that serves its fair share of the harder stuff at decidedly down-to-earth prices. A mid-sized international bottled wine list to remind you that this is a hipster's hangout even if no one ever buys any. Still it's nice to know that if the need for a bottle of Chilean white at two in the morning should arise, you can always get one here.
