Hands down the runaway favourite for mid-priced Italian food in a downtown location and, for once, the crowds have it right. The large menu is excellent, down-the-line and features pizza, pasta, meat and fish. Indoor/outdoor seating resembles a sleek Milanese trattoria but without the brusque service. In fact the multi-lingual waiting staff often bend over backwards to accommodate diners even in the face of a packed dining room. As it is especially crowded at lunch, reservations are recommended.
