Housed in a large cellar space which opens onto a huge, relaxing garden, this pleasant space reveals little of what it holds down below from the outside, sharing the street level space with a divey bar. A fairly standard range of pizzas, pastas and salads is well-prepared and reasonably priced along with a decent dessert menu. Candlelit evenings and an indoör fountain create a romantic setting for couples. With few other pizzerias in the close proximity, the venue does a humming business--especially during the warmer months as the garden is the real attaction.
The pizza is great and for the price you pay it is definetly a great deal. I lived there for a year and I didn't find a better deal. After a while of going there they even gave us a complementary espresso.
