Description

Many argue that this is the king of Prague pizzerias. Judging by numbers served, it may well be the most popular. The foyer is always full of customers waiting for tables or for take-out pizzas. Don't worry though, the host professionally manages the mob and the wait is seldom long. Although it also serves enormous pasta dishes and calzones that have outgrown their plates, regular pizza remains the specialty. The selection is diverse and the pizzas are all prepared and baked at the front of the restaurant. Prices meet the Prague standard for Italian cuisine and the average meal or pizza will cost 110 Kc. Visit Grosseto everytime I go back to Prague

I worked in Prague for 3 months and went here 1 or 2 times a week. I also took my friends and family here when they visited. My parents also loved it and requested to go back twice during their visit. The pizzas are great and I had a bunch of their pasta dishes and salads, all were delicious. The outside patio is really nice. They will serve take-away pizzas and you can call ahead to order. You typically are charged a very very small fee for the box. I frequently have to return to Prague and everytime I try to visit Grosseto at least once. It was a place I was very comfortable at, evening eating alone.

VERY NICE

Myself and my girlfriend have visited Grosseto Many times now and every time we have enjoyed the experience We have been on 2 week long holidays to prague and my mouth waters when i think of Grossetos!, I would Highly recommend viviting and trying the prawns for starter and then the beef mafioso then a glass of pinot grissio!

feeling at home...

I'm an italian guy, I went there twice and I had an excellent pizza. The service was very fast, the ambience was wonderful, and prices were cheap. I brought my parents there, when they came to visit me in Prague and they were happy about this place. Great experience!

I miss this place!

I lived in Prague for 1/2 year and now i miss it! Grosettos was always the place I would take my family and friends when they would visit me. Their house wine is wonderful, the bread and garlic butter is amazing, and the pizzas were always great. In the warmer months they have outdoor seating which is an added bonus and a great way to relax after walking around Prague all day! I think this would be one of my first stops when I go back to Prague!

Dont want to go back

Food was enjoyable in the evening, however I was ill during the night after eating there. All I had was a marghertia pizza and a pint of beer. A friend also said they had been unwell after visiting the restaurant.

We Loved Grosetto

My friends and I loved pizzaria grosetto, we visited once or twice a week throughout our 3 month stay. The wait staff is friendly, and this is one of the few places in Prague that gives complementary bread with your meal. The food is extremely cheap and their pizzas and pastas were always good. If you are on a budget this is a great place to come. The menu is also suitable for children with many pizzas to choose from.
