I found the shop at the Conran hotel somewhat distressed lately, maybe because the opening at the Sablon has drained attention. This could on the long run affect the brand image. I also regret that they decided to switch from their classy brown boxes to a plain black box ( no black is NOT synonymous with exclusive anymore it is rather "pass�" and bluntly those black boxes look cheap). Good chocolates however;-)
