In 1995, Pierre Marcolini was winner of the World Chocolate Championship. He now runs exquisite shops in Brussels. This man may well produce the most expensive chocolates in the world. However, in a recent blind tasting of chocolate Easter eggs organized by the newspaper De Morgen, Marcolini's chocolates proved to be somewhat disappointing. 'Way too sweet', was the common consensus.
