Bonsoir Clara, Brussels

I did a reservation yesterday for 2 persons for 8pm which was confirmed to me by the restaurant. We left the hotel at 6pm and figured out we would go and have a beer close by. At 6:45pm the called me and said they had no longer room for us at 8pm and that I should show-up at 9:30pm instead. Obviously, 9:30pm wasn't good for us since we were already parked and at 5 min from the restaurant. I try convincing the employee but he wouldn't change his mind. I consider that once a restaurant confirm a reservation, they shouldn't cancel at the last minute. If I would have known at first we would just have reserved at another place but it was too late for us to reserve elsewhere, we were no longer at the hotel and didn't have access to Internet to look at the restaurant reviews. We are visitors from Canada in Brussels for 5 days and that was our only Saturday night in Brussels. Would definitively not suggest this restaurant to anyone. JF

We were able to get a table for three without reservations by walking in (granted, it was about 6 pm and in the chill of March). And the modern decor, efficient service, and and wonderful food made us not mind that we were at the last table across from the bathroom. We did enjoy being right next to the open kitchen so we could watch the preparation. The food was excellent - fish, pasta, dessert. Definitely worth a visit.

Split up between smokers and non smokers. Excellent food but small unchangeble menu. Nice trendy atmosphere.
