Saint Germain Tours, San Jose

We traveled to Costa Rica for the first time in August 2004. Enrique at Saint Germain Tours worked with us to arrange for accommodations and transportation. Working with him before the trip was a pleasue. He responded to email questions and requests quickly and accurately and arranged an excellent itineray. The accommodations at hotels and ecolodges he suggested were fantastic. We were interested in wildlife and nature adventures and we had an incredible trip. We actually saw more than we expected. We saw many monkeys, parrots, tucans, crocodiles, caymens,etc.
Enrique had been a tour guide in the past and many of the guides and hotel people know him and like him, so we were always well treated. We arranged to have him provide a van and driver for transportation which turned out to be cheaper for us than a car rental. The driver was great and knew the country and helped us improve our Spanish.
After I returned, I reviewed his website and his reviews. The information and evaluations accurately describes what I found on my visit.
I would highly recommend him and Saint Germain Tours to anyone traveling to Costa Rica. An additional plus is his love of Costa Rica and his concern for the environment.
