With a tradition of more than a hundred years, this institution was born at the Central Market. Well, if you want to know a secret that everybody knows, the first and original Soda Tapia still exists there! Giant banana boats and sundaes, tropical fruit milk shakes and salads topped with jelly and sour cream, and the legendary "Lorenzo Sandwiches" bring in the locals and foreigners, young and old, rich and poor.
