La Fortaleza, San Juan Antiguo

I have the opportunity to visit the Old San Juan and the only thing that I can said about is that is too beautiful, I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful place to visit at Christmas. La Forteleza was decorated with gorgeous wreaths and even the streets were decorated with bows. Quite lovely. The ambience of the old town is so warm and inviting and very interesting. I love this place and I want to go back.

This is the governers home. Yes, you can take a tour inside the perimeter. Part of the El Morro fortress is found here and there is a dungeon to be seen. There are beautiful plants and trees and the place is always decorated for the just right occasion. Christmas time is a beauty! SOmetimes you can even see the governer peer form the windows and on one side you can peer out into the San Juan Bay for a picture. Yes, there are plenty of photo-ops. Take them! The home is not far from shopping, dining, and other beautiful sites to behold.
