Description
This award-winning architectural masterpiece in Santurce houses four theaters. Smallest is the European-style Cafe Teatro Sylvia Rexach presenting everything from stand-up comedians to jibaro jazz and dramatic monologues. The Carlos Marichal Experimental Theater's 210 seats are designed for theater-in-the-round and close-up performances. The Rene Marques Theater is a 760-seat hall that permits full dramatic staging. The majestic Antonio Paoli Festival Hall is a 1,883-seat concert hall, home of the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra. Ballet, regional and international dance and theater troupes take turns on these stages.
