Supermercados Econo, Cangrejo Arriba

Supermercado Econo in Altamira is good in many ways but could be much better. We wish the managers and employees would at least say Good Morning to people they see year after year. Some of the floor managers are simply arrogant and will not even smile. Only Carmen, Ada and Melvin are very nice with customers, asking how we are doing and smiling and making you feel comfortable. Even the high managers could do better with their manners. The company should send their employees to a professional relations training or something like that, to better treat their customers. Besides that, the quality of their fresh produce is terrible, or the worse we have seen. We hope the owner does something about all this. Thank you.

El pasado 18 de mayo del 2012, mientras hacia fila en la caja expreso de 10 articulos o menos. El cliente detras de mi y yo entablamos una conversacion sobre las personas que quieren pagar en esta caja con mas de 10 articulos. La cajera sin pedirsele alguna opinion salio con el comentario que ella le permitia pagar a personas con mas de 10 articulos si esta asi lo permitia. Yo le riposte que para que tenian entonces un rotulo que decia 10 articulos o menos, esta se molesto y llamo al gerente de nombre Xavier el cual tambien se puso grocero. Yo soy abogado y mediador con licencia, no meresco ese tipo de trato de personas no profesionales y no dedicados al servicio al cliente, La administracion de este supermercado deberia enviar a su gerente Xavier y a la cajera a tomar un curso de profecionalis a Mr. Special o a Napo Veles para que aprendan a tratar a los clientes. Por mi parte asunto concluido simplemente no gasto un centavo mas en Econo de San German. Lcdo. Luis A Gonzalez
