Greenhouse Restaurant & Lounge (Dutch Inn & Towers), Santurce

Went to this restaurant with my husband for dinner. The restaurant was extremely understaffed so the service was painfully slow. We ordered wine and the wine glasses still had the previous customers lip prints on the rims. We ordered steaks. I ordered mine medium well with a salad with vinagrette dressing. What I got was a raw steak and a salad with gravy (not dressing) on the side. Our server never came back so while my husband finished his dinner I waited until the server was close enough to call over and just asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. We did not even get an apology. Can not express how disapointed I was with this restaurant - the worst I have ever been to.

This a place visited not only by tourists, but also by lots of locals. It's best known for being a nice "after hours" restaurant. When visiting PR and partying until late at night, this is the place to grab a bite. Onion soup, black bean soup, and sandwishes are great here.

The Best food a had taste ever. I think a little bit expensive but was great. And the service so good. I need one more Frenh Onion Soup from the Greenhouse...
