DragonFly, San Juan Antiguo

we did stand outside for a while we were a group of 8 but it was worth it .. everything on the menu was good!

I had some friends from Cincinnati coming on a cruise from Miami, both professionals with high level positions. The staff at Dragon Fly did not allow the wife of my friend on the bar just because she had bermuda shorts, on a Tusday afternoon, after just getting off from their cruise ship. I have been on many places in the world and this dress code policy just confirm the limited 100 x 35 mentality of some local business owners. They turned away good business because of some bermuda shorts, so we went to Baru and spent a lot of money and had a lot of fun. I will never visit Dragon Fly again after the embarassing moment they put me through in front of my friends. They don't seem to like tourists.

Overall I love the whole Asian/Latin Fusion. The atmosphere and decorations are appropriate, very romantic. Roberto Trevino is a great chef.

The only thing is the waiting time to enter

Been there many times every time it gets better. No reservations allowed so go prepared to wait just a bit. Well worth the wait. The attention is excellent and the ambiance incredible.
