Located in the Best Western Mayaguez Resort & Casino, this hotel restaurant is a large-scale dining room that is professionally managed. Appointed with paneling, it is known as the venue for extensive breakfast and lunchtime buffets. In the evening, it serves only à la carte items. These include such dishes as seafood stew served on beds of linguine with marinara sauce; grilled salmon with a mango-flavored Grand Marnier sauce; and fillets of sea bass with a cilantro, white wine and butter sauce. Steak and lobster are served on the same platter if you want them. The food has real flavor and flair and rises above most hotel standards.
