Fleria is actually the only authentic Greek restaurant in San Juan. The owner writes the daily menu on a board and will explain each dish to you. Hummus, Tiropita (cheese pie), and Keftedes (spiced meatballs) are some of the best Greek classic appetizers. All can be ordered separately or in a combination dish. As entrees, you may choose the Leg of Lamb or the Pastichio (Greek lasagna). Traditional specialties such as Baklava are available for dessert. A selection of beverages including some Greek wines is also available.

I live in Puerto Rico, it is one of my favorites restaurants here. Real good, if you like mediterranean food. The musaka is amazing, the ambiance is quite compfortable and familiar.

Excellent food with a warm feeling
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/16/07
It is a great place where people who enjoy traveling can feel cozy. Is the only place in San Juan where you can get a true blacklava. The mousaka is delicious, the mixture of flavors make you feel all happy inside. Plus, the service is great, the owner of the place makes you feel, right at home.

Excellent choice in Metro area!

I am a local and have diverse options for dining but I seem to be atracted to this quite charming restaurant that offers delicious greek food. I live about an hour away from San Juan, nevertheless attempt to dine at this place at least every other month! I loved the baklava, spanakopita and wonderful hummus!

Greece in Puerto Rico???
By nicole, 06/06/05
I haven't been to Greece just yet, but after my visit to Fleria, I know that Greece will be one of my top vacation destinations someday soon. Everything about the restaurant was fantastic. The atmosphere, the food, the decor...I visit Puerto 2-3 times a year and I will make sure to eat at Fleria at least once on every single trip. One of the best things about the restaurant?? The owner, Teo. More attentive service I have never seen anywhere else. Make sure to dine there if you are visiting Puerto Rico
