Trois Cent Onze
Trois Cent Onze is the latest entry into the fine dining scene in the SoFo district (South Fortaleza). The restaurant has a stunning decor and a menu steeped in the cuisine of Provence. White tablecloths, Limoges china and rich wood tones characterize the sophisticated and refined interior. The restaurant has quickly developed a loyal following among youngish well-heeled professionals. The cuisine is genuinely French with some American accents—the foie gras and lobster bisque are magnifique! There's a very good French wine list, too.
I looove this place! For me, it's the best french restaurant in ALL Puerto Rico. Excellent wine list and great simple, yet elegant decor. The food... superb! A must try when visiting PR and looking for fine dining.
You'll love it!
311 is simply the best French Restaurant in Puerto Rico. We have dined there many times, sometimes 2 times a week and were never disappointed. The "specials" are awesome, so is the entire menu. One of the best wine lists I have ever seen.
We stopped in for drinks at the bar after reading a Frommers review. The bartender not only made us the best martini I've had in a while, but he brought us the weather report from the newspaper and suggested places to see and how we might get there. We came back three days later for our anniversary dinner and without a reservation got a great table, unbelievable service and amazing food. We had two fish entrees and a scallop apetizer that I wish I could find here in Chicago. The restaurant itself was beautiful and they played some great Edith Piaf as well as more contemporary French music. Highly recommended for the food, the atmosphere and the service.
Wonderful atmosphere and food. The Chef brought out all courses. Stumbled into it from a cruise stop. It was a weeknight and they accomodated us even though we didn't have reservations. High Ceilings, low ceiling fans, tropical plants. The best Martinis ever!
An absolutely lovely get away. Family run. Genuine French taste with a touch of local character. A must for anyone that loves the better flavours in life. Personalized service. The ambiance is wonderful in the rustic Old Sab Juan, and the French music in the background make one believe that they're back in Paris.
