Probably Cuba's most traditional and well-known marina, it offers fishing enthusiasts all types of possibilities. There is a weather report service available, boat repairs, electricity, specially designed anti-cyclone waterways, and a full accommodation infrastructure. Those arriving by yacht do not need to make reservations, but should call in on VHF 17 or 72 prior to arrival. This is also the scene of the world famous Ernest Hemingway fishing tournament that is free to spectators.
