the Worst experience ever!

Robert - just UN-professional.
A very bad measurer with poor customer service.
He did not know how to LISTEN to what customer wants then PRETENed he understood. When the item came out rediculously, he blamed customers for wasting his fabric. He could simply ignored your 'one and only one' request more than 4 times remindings and still blaming on customers. It was just UNBelivable.
The whole experience in King's Fashion was totally disgusting.
Best recommendation for Robert:
Please improve your communication skills, especially "listening" part. If you don't understand, that's alright, but please donot hesitate to ASK and CONFIRM.
Please admit your fault and TRY to take some responsibility.
Be a man not a loser.
