We Promise uncompromising quality???

COMPLAINT SENT, WITH NO RESPONCE TO COUNTLESS E-MAILS. SO NO EXPLANATION TO WHY THEY COULD NOT PUT RIGHT!
I recently purchased (while on holiday), two paris of specs from them. At the time of ordering I showed them my old pair and specifically explained that the new pairs should have the ultra thin lens like my old pair, this said they went ahead and had the new specs made when I returned to their store to pick up the new pair I immediately pointed out the deficiency to the optician who tested me and again showed them my old pair and he assured me that he would send them away to have them put right, He also assured me that they would not be ready before it would be time for me to return home and he would forward them to me back in the U/K: Can you imagine my disappointment when I received them only to find that they had not been put right and that the prescription sun glass's had the same problem!!!
