Gung, meaning rock lobster, is an apt name for this delightful seafood cafe, situated next to The Boathouse on beautiful Kata Beach . Live music comes in the form of jazz, which provides a true interpretation of the restaurant's relaxed informal atmosphere. Not surprisingly, lobster is a speciality, with plenty of Rock Lobster and Phuket Lobster on hand. If lobster is not to your liking, then try the Beef Carpaccio or the Deep Fried Shrimp Crepe. Both are wonderfully fresh and tasty.
