Also known as Wat Phra Chetuphon, or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, this 200-year-old Wat is Bangkok's largest. Bursting with history, its highlight is the fantastic gold-plated reclining Buddha. At 46 meters long and 15 meters high, the Buddha is a striking figure to see and is inlaid with pearl on it's feet. Wat Pho is Thailand's oldest learning center. A respected Thai massage school operates here as well. Teaching techniques are taught to the eager, and massages are provided to the weary.
