trying to buy a coffee on 10.11.2012 late evening. asking why coffee is 5b more than in a menu. tall, acnefaced, red eyed guy snapped me instantly saying: it is a tax,we have been here four years with lot of customers,if you dont like it go somewhere else
That was not an response from the golden book of customeservice,I am sure about that. Can you afford keeping that kind of person working for you. If he carry on like this,he will fall, thats for sure... He is not most handsome person anyway, but that combined to innerside ugliness, aarrgh! If someone is polite and smiley,it doesnt matter how you look like. He certainly cannot handle tricky situations, and this situation wasnt even very tricky, only asked what is an extra cost. He has a very low selfconfidence, thats why he get aggressive immediately when he is comfronted by something he has to response with. So He refused to offer me a coffee, even I repeatedly asked it,just went outside to collect dishes and totally ignored me. When he returned I asked my coffee and an answer was: You didnt pay for that. I lost my temper too, and that I apologize endeed, I shouldnt have said what I did just before I rushed out. but it did happen. I was tired after a long journey and blaa blaa. But I feel that guy is gonna be a problem to you.just wait, its only matter of time. And when I lost my temper, expectedly he couldnt keep his mouth shut,he was shouting after me insulting me. Great service indeed!! And I think he is using drugs because his reddish eyes, doesnt look nice either. I have been travelling around Asia for a five months and this incident was a first one, made me give a minustype of feedback. Luckily people here are very friendly, easy to get along with... And I was here in
Bkk in September last year and visited your cafe many times without any sign of problems. Now it has changed and I wont be back. Sometimes people can change, when they are told and can have their lessons and wake up.but somehow I dont believe it in his case. Hope though for his sake. And customers...
You can manage very well without me, but how well you can manage with him?
