SF Cinema City MBK, Wang Mai

I live next to sf cinema city in Bangkok and have gone to the theatre a number of times. Last night I went with a day to see the new Matt Damon film. Behind us a number of non-Thais from the middle east came last and had a loud,..no...LOUD,..discussion. I gave a number on less than diplimatic hints to be quite and finally left. Sf cinema employees did nothing to control these people and refused to refund my money. After about 20 minutes of argument I was given passes to see 2 movies in the future. Tonight, one evening later I used one of the passes and the ticket people at sf cinema refused to honour it for the Matt Damon film. After another 20 minutes or so of argument they agreed to let me see the film. I am not impressed by the people who manage sf cinema, nor am I impressed by their staff who do nothing to quiet patrons who disrupt the movie for everyone else or see to it that a complaint is listened to. Very poor,...very bad...do not go. If you want to see a film go to Pong Pongh skytrain stop and see a movie in the Emporieum mall.
