Suan Plu Boulevard Restaurant, Bangkok

Soi Narathiwat 15 is ideal for an evening's bar-hopping and food-grazing. A good starting point is Suan Plu, set in a converted 1960's Thai house. Great service and inspired cuisine make this restaurant very popular. Enjoy a full Thai meal or just some nibbles with a beer before progressing to the next bar. Carrot Som Tam provides an interesting twist to the normal green papaya dish, and the Pig's Neck tastes much better than it sounds. Fried Shrimp with Tamarind is about the priciest dish, but it's worth trying.
