One of Bangkok's finest seafood restaurants, this converted teak house sits right on the Chao Phraya River, overlooking the huge Rama IX cable-stayed bridge. It makes a great place to wile away an evening with a lover, friend or business acquaintance. Sink your teeth into a dazzling array of oysters and prawns, all of them tasty and reasonably priced. Many distinguished Thais take visiting guests here. It is best to book in advance as it can become very crowded quickly at night. Its sister restaurant, Ban Klang Krung, lies near the end of the soi, on Rama III Road.
