Rossini's, Khlong Toei

It is not hard to imagine yourself emerging from a long walk through the rolling Tuscanny hills and settling down for a romantic meal in a Firenze side-street. All this without leaving Bangkok! Located in the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel, Rossini's resembles a sophisticated Italian farmhouse, with fireplaces, exposed wooden beams and tiled floors. Pastas come in appetizer or main sizes and the choice is varied. Try the Tortelli filled with Lobster and Watercress, and flamed with vodka. The meat and fish dishes are similarly seductive and the menu changes regularly; there is also an excellent wine list.
