Description

Made famous in the United States for its house specialty, Baby Back Ribs, this eatery is located in the heart of the Sukhumvit shopping area. Small, two-storeyed, and stylish, it has a rustic feel, enhanced by the winding wooden staircase leading up to the second level. Besides ribs, specialties include Crispy Onion Ring Loaf and Barbecued Chicken. Prices range from THB175 for starters, to THB450 for larger portions of ribs and grilled seafood. There is a full bar on the premises. They also offer the full menu for take-out; call or fax in advance.

Best ribs in Thailand

I just love this place!! Fantastic service - lovely staff and food + wine beyond the rest when it comes to quality of ribs!! One time I had just a chicken sandwich - good and well prepared. Second time with my fianc� to celebrate with her friends - load of ribs!! and very, very excellent wine. Not cheap but certainly worth it!!

Worst food in Bangkok

I ate here with a friend last year and was amazed to pay almost $50 for two sandwich platters and 2 beers. The service was average, the food was terrible (dry chicken, limp, cold french fries) and the price was outrageous. I live in Bangkok and must have eaten at 500 restaurants here - Tony Roma's was easily the worst.

Good Food / Bad Service

The Food: Tony Roma's Ribs are just delicious. I've had quite a different combinations, are was never disappointed with the taste. The Price: It is rather expensive compare to other restaurants of this type. This is not a place you would take your date, and you shouldn't have to pay like it. The Service: Would 'Terrible' be a fair rating? They take forever to come take your orders, then take an eternity to bring your food... oh, and you usually have to wait again just to get the waiter to bring your bill. The Conclusion: The food may be good, but the service is not. Avoid this restaurant if you are hungry, or plan to eat within an hour.
