bad service,and unprofessional server

i encounter a bad service last night we dine in and placed our order on the menu,after 20 minutes our order were served but one dish we order were not served, we did ask the server for the follow up after the first dish were served another 15 minutes were consumed and yet no food were served for our follow up order, at this point we ask the server (waiter)about our order and confirmed it. the server when to the kitchen and informed us that they did know that we placed the order,at this point we were very frustrated on the outcome, the dine in manager two of them were very buzy doing horse play with their fellow employee.(by the way this restaurant is aristocrat manila we dine in their at 11:30pm 01/18/2008)instead they should be aware to their customer if they really are into valuing them. the way the server aproached us were arogant and told us that if we want our food to be served we should wait again for another 15 mins.this is not the reply we want to hear,since its their fault not ours why would they give us the problem since its their fault anyway?(the server initials were "j" )since they are in to service they should address the problem and not passed the problem to their customer or client. by the way same thing happen the last time we dine in there along with my friends.. i have nothing against the restaurant but if they can improved and concentrate on their service they can last again for a decade after all way back in the late 70's my mother and father use to work and met there.
